'Fanta' Launches Major New 'Want It Win It' On-Pack Promotion In Conjunction With Play.Com
Coca-Cola Great Britain (CCGB) is launching an exciting new on-pack promotion for the 'Fanta' brand, in partnership with Play.com, the UK's favourite online entertainment retailer, which focuses around the core idea that 'Fanta' inspires play into the world. The promotion, which will run for 12 weeks, goes live on the 7th April and is part of an integrated communications campaign, which kicked off in February on national TV.
'Fanta' has teamed up with Play.com to offer participants the chance to win a range of playful prizes every 15 minutes, from games consoles, digital cameras, mobile phones, MP3 players to DVD's. There will be 48 amazing prizes to be won every day between 10am and 10pm that tap into teens' key passions.
The new on-pack promotion will feature bespoke packaging designed by Epoch, where consumers can discover a unique promotional code, which will be situated under all ringpulls on 330ml promotional cans and on the reverse of the label on 500ml bottles. The unique codes will be available across 'Fanta' Orange, 'Fanta' Orange Zero, 'Fanta' Fruit Twist, 'Fanta' Icy Lemon, 'Fanta' Still Orange Tropical and 'Fanta' Still Orange Citrus variants.
To enter, participants simply text-in or enter their unique nine digit code online at www.fanta.co.uk where they will be immediately entered into a prize draw. After their first entry, all participants* will receive a free 'Fanta' game for their mobile and after their second entry all participants will receive a £5 money off voucher to use at Play.com.

This new promotion is ideal to drive teen engagement around their key passions and build excitement by giving them the chance to win exciting prizes on a daily basis."
The promotional concept was created by BD Network, who, as part of the campaign, negotiated the prize partnership with Play.com. AKQA designed the promotional microsite and the Fanta mobile game.
