Wayne Rooney and 'Coke Zero' launches search for the best street footballers

Today sees the launch of ‘Coke Zero' Presents: Wayne Rooney's Street Striker - a huge competition  to find the nation's most skilful street footballers.  Successful players will go head-to-head in front of Rooney in a winner takes all final being shown on Sky One.   The best player will be crowned 2008's ‘Coke Zero' Street Striker and will also win a once in a lifetime holiday to Rio de Janeiro - the home of street football. 

To enter, players must be aged between 14 and 18 and attend one of 5 trials being held throughout the UK this summer.   Our scouts will be looking for players who embody Rooney's passion, determination, skill and raw talent.   If you think you've got what it takes go to www.coca-cola.co.uk/waynerooney to find out more.
